Back to Earth Organic Catering is grateful for receiving one of the most prestigious awards in our industry in 2006 – Modern Bride Magazine’s Top 25 Trendsetters Award. What we appreciate most about the award is that it demonstrates that the concept of organic foods and conscious event production is more than a fad. Indeed it is a trend and we are happy to be laying the groundwork for the future of our industry. Other award recipients include the likes of Wolfgang Puck, Kate Spade and Vera Wang.

Every year VegNews picks five vegan weddings that stand out for their beautiful and delicious food. Included in their 2005 selection was this memorable wedding catered by Back to Earth Organic Catering. While we do offer organic meats and sustainable fish, our vegan events are the most sustainable and we love the opportunity to share our delicious vegan cuisine.
