Catering
Equipment rental
From tables to chairs, from plates to silverware, from tablecloths to glassware, we’ll arrange everything you’ll possibly need, from pickup to dropoff.
Photography
We have partnerships with some of the most established and respected wedding photographers in Northern California, and can customize your wedding photography to your individual tastes.

Overall coordination and logistical planning
We’re happy to plan and manage any and all aspects of your event, from finding the perfect venue, to creating and designing your invitations, to working with you to make sure your special day runs smoothly and is a wonderful success.
Bartending
Our staff has years of experience selecting and serving the finest wines and spirits. We can serve drinks and beverages you’ve selected, or make and arrange for the delivery of our own recommendations.
Music
Whether you enjoy the beat of hip-hop, world-fusion, or pleasing the crowd with the standards, we’ve got you covered! Our DJs come from diverse and varied musical backgrounds, and will blow you away with their skill as they set the tone for your event.
Cakes
Want a luscious, decadent, five-layer vegan double chocolate wedding cake? No problem! Our talented pastry staff can create anything you can imagine.
Event design & décor
Whether you want guests to feel whisked away to an exotic isle in the South Pacific or perhaps transported to the lavish, elegant grandeur of a 1920’s nightclub, we have arrangements with the area’s top event designers and decorators. Whatever your vision, we’ll make sure your special day looks as good as it feels.
Audio Visual
To record the moments and memories that will last a lifetime, you’ll want to hire a professional videographer that captures the sights and sounds, using state-of-the-art equipment. We offer the full range of video services, from multi-camera on site shooting, to editing and creating a multimedia DVD of any duration.
Wedding officiants
On your wedding day, you’ll want to have someone officiating who shares your beliefs and values. We can match you with your ideal officiant, as we’ve worked with those from virtually all religious and spiritual backgrounds.
Flowers
At Back to Earth, no arrangement is too simple or too exotic. We use flowers that are in season locally, and grown by some of the best gardeners in the world. We’ll spend the time to put together the perfect arrangement.
Venues
Whether you’re seeking a wood cabin tucked in the Sierra Foothills or a relaxing retreat center overlooking the Pacific Ocean, we can find the venue that is ideally suited for your event. With years experience working in a number of venues around Northern California, we have come to know many of the most wonderful venues to host your event.
